Join our reservations and customer service team in one of our busy offices, in this role you will be a part of the day‑to‑day operations of the business by assisting customers face to face, over the phone and via email. You’ll assist guests from their first enquiry through to check-in, manage reservations and freight bookings, handle general administration, and help ensure vessels operate to schedule. The role also includes selling water taxi transfers, resort stays, and tour bookings, processing payments, coordinating with marine operations, and delivering accurate, professional customer service at every step.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, confident communicating with people, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
