Reservations and Customer Service
Join our team in one of our offices in reservations and customer service. In this role you will be a part of the day‑to‑day running of our busy offices answering customer queries face to face, via phone or email.
You’ll assist guests from their first enquiry through to check-in, manage reservations and freight bookings, handle general administration, and help ensure vessels operate to schedule. The role also includes selling water taxi transfers, resort stays, and tour bookings, processing payments, coordinating with marine operations, and delivering accurate, professional customer service at every step.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, confident communicating with people, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
